The Holy Spirit lives in the believer and will NEVER leave him/her

God not only saves the believer but He also keeps them saved. We do NOT save ourselves or keep ourselves saved. A teaching contrary to this is NOT of God. Otherwise, a person’s salvation is a works salvation.

We are saved by GRACE and NOT by the works of the Law…

*Galatians 2:16 (KJV)

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

*Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Absolutely NOTHING can separate a born-again Christian from God’s love. NOTHING!

*Romans 8:38-39 (KJV)

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The Father and Son hold the believer in Their loving hands…

*John 10:27-29 (KJV)

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

It is God who KEEPS us saved by His POWER NOT our own power…

*1 Peter 1:5 (KJV)

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

The Holy Spirit lives in the believer and will NEVER leave

*Ephesians 1:13 (KJV)

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

*Ephesians 4:30 KJV

And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

There are other TRUTHS and Scripture to validate the security of the believer but above are a few strong passages on God’s POWER to SAVE us and KEEP us SAVED.

ALL glory and honor and riches and praise to our Lord, God and Savior, Jesus Christ!
