The internet is reeling from a terrifying video showing the moment a Nigerian couple saw an unidentified object hovering over their property at night.

After hearing unsettling noises coming from outside around 3 in the morning, the brave man bravely recorded the incident from the window of his room overlooking his compound.

The object that was purported to be a witch or a ghost could be seen floating above a rickety van parked outside the house in the viral video.

The man then roused his wife so that she could see the object lurking in the shadows with him.

The couple was forced to flee to safety when the frightening figure charged at them in the video at one point, acting as though it didn’t like that they were recording it and wanted to hurt them.
